The Hobby Aids chosen charity of the month for February is Linsdey Lodge Hospice.
The Lindsey Lodge retail warehouse was burgled twice in December, so I picked this charity to try and do a little to help them. Lindsey Lodge offers in-patient and day care for people with life-limiting illness, plus support for their families. It’s a local charity, based in North Lincolnshire.

As normal, for any sales this month, 10% of the profits will be donated to Lindsey Lodge Hospice, plus I’ll share information about them on Facebook and Instagram.

Dr Eleanor Rogerson founded Hobby Aids because she believes hobbies are good for you and limitations shouldn't stop doing what you enjoy. She is based in North Lincolnshire, UK.
Her background is chemistry, but after years in industry she wanted to work for herself and so went self-employed. During this time she mainly worked as a gardener. Recently she has been diagnosed with arthritis in her hands, which has caused her to discover the gap in the market to cater for hobbies for people with limitations.
