Sellotape dispenser, designed to clip between two fingers to give hands free use.  Contains 1 roll of tape (18mm by 5m) that they say is super clear and extra sticky.  The bit of tape you can see does look very clear.  The back of the pack give instructions for use and for starting.  It feels pretty light-weight.
